Hello XMtS Forum
A Newbie to the Board, hollering a "Hallooooo" to you all.
Intro:
I started wearing a kilt a couple and a bit years ago, found it to be comfy and cosy, and have been exclusively kilted ever since. The first was a "Traditional" modern acrylic thing, which was only a couple of quid on a car boot (unused, still stitched across the pleats), just a whim, but it was so good to wear that I never looked back - although I did glance sideways into shop windows from time to time... It was swiftly followed by an extremely vintage (pre-NATO) Gordon Highlanders that needed its buckles and straps fixing (so I broke out a needle and thread and an old belt and reworked the strapping entirely), and now I have about a dozen of good for at homers as well as good for going outers. A certain auction website has played quite a big part in this collection. More about the kilts will be revealed in due course... not a teaser, this is only a "Hallooooo."
About me:
Favourite colour (generally) - dark blue.
Favourite colour (for kilts) - dark green.

The hula chorus I can understand, but I did NOT know that a banana could play the bagpipes.

Ah, one never knows the talents hidden inside a banana. Never judge a fruit by it's a-peel.
Greetings from another newbie.
