Who makes bespoke tartan waistcoats in North America?

I am wanting to get two (possibly more) waistcoats made from tartan material I have in-hand. These were custom weaves and need to match my kilts, so I can't just order a generic one online. I would need to send the material to the maker. Given the risks and costs associated with shipping back and forth to the UK, I would prefer to have it done by someone in the USA or Canada who can make them to my specifications.

I know that USA Kilts can have them made, but they apparently farm it out to a maker in Scotland. For the aforementioned reason, I'd rather avoid that if I can.

Matt Newsome used to be a candidate for that kind of thing, but apparently he's no longer doing any sort of Highland tailoring. As far as I can tell, he's only selling kilt hose and beard care products. And the STM doesn't seem to offer such a service.

Robert MacDonald in Vancouver might be an option. While he doesn't list that service, he does offer an array of bespoke items. Has anyone commissioned a tartan waistcoat from him?

Anybody else you would recommend in the USA or Canada?

Perhaps Gabe Everson? I forget what his handle here on XMarks is, but it's certainly something he could do. His Etsy page says he's taking a short break, but he might be one to contact: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThePeriodTailor

Looking forward to seeing the finished product(s)!

P.S. I'm fairly certain that USA Kilts will not make kilts/garments from customer provided fabric.

Ah, I had forgotten about Gabe. He and I traded PMs many years ago about waistcoats. Haven't seen him here in ages.

His Etsy activity seems to have stopped 4 years ago, so that might be a long shot.

Bonnie Heather Green makes pretty much anything. I have several of her kilts and they are excellent workmanship and she has altered a couple more for me.
