First USA Kilt
This is a poor photo, took it with my phone, but it's my eldest son Daniel in his new USA kilt, he loves wearing it everywhere, he has no hesitation or embarrassment - nothing like I, and many of us here, went through!

Ah, the Sporran King speaks!
You're perfectly correct, Daniel is wearing my sporran. I had an identical one made for him tho'.
I did offer to buy him one of yours but he just liked a simple plain one.
As other fathers have expressed here - it's a proud moment to see a son really enjoy wearing the kilt.
Right now he's on a 7 day hike in the Tassie highlands, I believe he took his kilt.

Hope this question doesn't shock!
Does he ever go without a sporran?
I know some think its a sin against the kilt to go without a sporran. Sometimes, I just don't feel like wearing it. But I have to admit, it helps hold down the kilt in the breeze.
But that is a nice picture. I am glad that he doesn't have the problems some of us "youth-challenged" types do/did!
