Central New York Celtic Evening

Just a quick note to let you know that our Celtic Evening (advertised on an earlier thread) last Saturday night was a huge success. We had an audience of 1300 people and got rave reviews!

I'm sorely disappointed that the timing of my interview didn't work out.... I would have really enjoyed it.

Looks like I will miss the Binghamton crowd, too....

If all works out, I hope to be in New York by the end of June... I interview Friday, and will know the week of the 9th.....

Egads, how I hate this process.....

Oh, but for sure I will be at the Highbanks Gathering (posted by UglyBear previously) http://www.feadanor.org/highbanks/ . Gretchen and I will be attending her class reunion that weekend. Mt. Morris is just a hop, skip and jump from just about anywhere in Central New York....

Hi BBQ

We always go to the Highbanks Games, and last year, the band I play with won the Grade 4 competition. Our Grade 4 band is going to be playing again this year, and I would love to meet you. But! I won't be there, because I'll be teaching a field course in Iceland and will have to miss the games. Boo hiss....
