Additction, argh!
While wandering around the Freemont Solstace festival on Sunday my wife and I were pleased to run into the Utilikilts tent. After trying on the Spartan, I made the decision to purchase a generation 2 (with the mocker pockets) in a couple weeks after they are availible. I'll be picking up the crimson colored one, close in color to Washington State's colors (starting grad school there in August.) After trying it on, I couldn't have been sold more quickly, Steven could sell snow to an eskimo, and if you own one kilt... well you all know.
Well, OK, I've basically talked myself into picking up a $95 in a couple weeks (I'll have at least one payday between now and then)... So Steven pulls out a beautiful dark grey mocker in my size (not the typical twill material, more like a pair of dress slacks). I try it on... my wife starts locking very interested in my backside and is already planning on me wearing it with a shirt and tie. You can all guess the out come of this.
I'm still planning on picking up a chocolate brown workman's before we head off to Pullman and jonesing on the P/V from Bear (any word Terry?)... Anyone know of a support group for kilt wearers? KA?
Oh well, the good news is that I'm pretty sure I'm going to get rid of nearly all my pants in the move!

I thought this was the support group for kilt wearers!
You might want to keep just one or two pair of pants for Pullman winters. You know, for digging the car out and stuff like that.

Or, for when your classmates flip you upside down so you can chug beer from the keg faster. Oh wait, I forgot. WSU isn't a party school anymore! *coughyeahrightcough* Silly me!

This May BE the kilt support group, but all I seem to do when I hang around here is buy more kilts!
I'm sure I'll keep a few pairs of jeans in my dresser, my wife won't be out side digging through the snow.

I've spent two weekends out in Pullman searching for housing. If anything was done to make it less of a party school I would have loved to have seen it in the hay day! Another buddy is heading off to Florida State for grad school, I'm not sure who's going to a bigger party school.
Granted, I'm nearly 28 and married; in a related story I have no desire to go out to crowded bars and parties, I prefer to gather with friends around pints or bottles.
Our rent is dropping by $180 in the move (we're renting a single wide!)... I figure I might be able to talk LeighAnne into putting tha towards a kilt budget!

That's exactly right! We support the concept that we should all buy as many kilts as possible!!!!
