    Better than Chocolate, the Kilt!

My wife and I went out for a few pints and some whiskey with some buddies last night. Mind you I was with her all evening. As we walked into the first establishment a very cute girl came up to me and said how great my skirt was and how she was glad she wasn't the only person in the bar w/ one on. I tried to explain to her that it was a kilt and she ignored me reached out to shake my hand and said she was looking forward to hearing me sing (that wasn't going to happen.) Anyhow the next bar we went into another woman started asking about the kilt and wanted to know where my dog was (aparently she had seen us around the neighborhood).

On our way home (maybe 3 blocks) my wife commented to me that she couldn't believe that two women hit on me right in front of her. I had no idea that they were hitting on me, and I suppose for her, the being obtuse is probably a good thing. She actually thought it was funnier than anything else (thank God). Seeing as I didn't get hit on about a year ago, I figure the kilt has to be some sort of magnet! Oh well, too late now. ;)

Basically what I've learned in the last year : 3 things that will bring the women; a wedding ring, a cute dog, and a kilt!

    Cheers.

I've got all three. The only problem is that the wedding ring doesn't fit, and people are afraid of my dog (a black German Shepherd) . Thank God for the Kilt.

After reading this post yersterday, I decided to try an experiment today. I talked a married lady friend of mine to walk her dog with me to the choclate shop next door to the coffee shop. Walked in all kilted and everything, nothing happened, of course they knew me, so what could I expect.

I do however see what you guys are saying.

    I just love it!
