So this morning I wake up, wife wishes me happy birthday, followed by the three year old princess that snuck into our bed last night. I start getting dressed for work and as I'm strapping the sporran belt on my wife seems to be jumping out of her skin about something. I give her an inquisitive look and she asks if I want my birthday present now or do I want to wait until I get home from work. The three year old speaks up immediately. "Now! Now!" Good thing she did. I'm extatic! My bride ordered for me a WONDERFUL sporran from our friends David & Sten Rune in Norway. I've been coveting one of these for about a year now I think, and have come dangerously close to ordering one a couple of times when some unforseen emergency diverted my funds at the last moment. Just as I remember them from seeing Jimmy Carbomb's earlier model, it doesn't look overly big at all on the outside. But just open it up and stick your hand in there and it's absolutely cavernous. I will have no problem holding all of my "stuff" in here. Thank you, David & Sten Rune. I'm very pleased. And my wife told me that you were very nice to deal with on this, and even followed up with her to make sure she got it in time for my birthday.
