I have a belt bucklets but not a belt. I wish to build one myself, but I do not know which is exactly the shape of a Scottish belt designed for bucklets. Can you help me?

Can you help me? From what I've seen, there not a 'standard' belt people wear with kilts. The buckle is genereally large though. Go to a local leather shop. They should have the tools and material you need. Here's a couple of website that deals with belt making http://home.alltel.net/henryh/Make_H...ther_Belt.html http://www.tandyleather.com/products.asp?dept=88
pretty much a strip of leather 3 in wide (or maybe less) with a folded closure on one end and a ring on the other to hook into!

Now that the holidays are here, there's a guy in our local mall selling leather goods, along with big pieces of scrap leather for $5 - $10 per roll. You might check the phone book under leather. Or, you can order pieces directly from Tandy.
