Looking for sporran pin lock enclosures
I am searching for the pin lock enclosure used in the sporran found at this link ( thanks Ham!) so I can modify my current sporran.
http://www.leathersporrans.co.uk/Spo...k-Stitch-A.htm
basically a pin on a chain which is put through a post which goes through the sporran flap. these are awesome closure methods, far superior to the simple snap on my current sporran ( which can be a huge pain, and can look very strange if you can't get the sporran snapped the first time!)
any help in finding the hardware would be greatly appreciated!!!
thanks

Pin lock
Try the Leather Factory or Tandy. They are one and the same and have pin locks.

Agreed. That's the specific reason I chose the brown day sporran shown below. The first sporran I purchased - with a snap closure - is all well and fine, but fiddling with the closure had fit to have a thrombosis (that would be a bad thing). The pin lock thing is much better, obviated by the beaming smile captured so clearly in this snap shot.

I would like to know how the service is at www.leathersporrans.co.uk . I have yet to find the enclosure I want, but would very much like to get one of the black Sporran With Hand Scored Tramline Design. It looks great, and would be a fine addition to the one I have now.
I would also like to know if anyone knows of a competitor that sells the same sporran in the US...overseas shipping is rather costly and time consuming. I can only jones for so long!
thanks!
