Authentic Dirk
For you fellow blade nuts out there, here's a sweet early-period (late 1600's) dirk at an attractive price (7000CZK = about $325.00US, and includes worldwide shipping):

Lots of other fantastic blades on that site as well. All historic reproductions....

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I was looking for threads about dirks and noticed that this thread was about my dirk. I commissioned ArmArt to make this dirk for me about 6 years ago. They had never made a Scottish dirk (or any Scottish weapon) before and were eager to give it a try. I sent them all the info I had on the original dirks of this style and had the dimensions made to my specifications. It turned out better than I ever expected. As far as I know, they have only the one I own. Unfortunately, ArmArt are pretty flaky guys. They burned several fellow sword collector friends of mine. I would not do business with them anymore. I have several good pictures of it but they aren't online.
