    ANOTHER tartan ID

O.k. I've come across a wool, 8 yarder that I'm interested in getting at a very reasonable price.
I'm just interested in finding out the tartan. The person selling it doesn't know what it is, I can't find it using tartans-by-air or the tartan ferret and my local kiltmaker doesn't know what it is.

I'm guessing it's just a fashion tartan, but I thought I'd have a bash at posting it and seeing if any of you guys know what it is.

No luck for me either. Also that green looks pretty loud.

I'm almost positive that it is the MacIntyre Hunting sett in the Ancient color scheme, but the picture quality is limited. Do you have a better picture. I can't tell if the stripe in the middle of the red overchecks (on the blue portion of the tartan) is green or black. if it is black, vice green, it is a slightly incorrect(or "differenced", if it was intended) version of Hunting MacIntyre.

Check out the below thread. Maybe this is the same fabric?

    By jove, you've got it!

    Thanks for the info.
Here's hoping the measurements turn out to be right when I try it on!
