Here's what I wore today for Burn's Birthday:


I was in Ireland last semester, so none of the first years (freshmen) have seen me in kilts (or heard my play my pipes, but it's too cold for that outdoors right now). So I though that today is the perfect day to introduce them to my little hobby.

I was received well, and complimented by more than one cute girl... This kilt is in the Pride of Scotland tartan and is a 16oz. from Frugal Corner (for writing them an ad for bagpipes). This is actually the first time I've had a chance to wear it, and I think it goes very well with the rugby jersey. Tomorrow, when I host the Burns Supper I organized on campus, I'll be more formal. Hopefully I can get a photo of that too.

Well, I have to run. Time to baptize the kilt for it's first time out drinking!!!
