I saw alot of kilted gents one with a great kilt in the human chess match. There was a vendor ther selling pre- ( Iam not sure the date but I think )1700 kilts. No strapes but pleated. They had one 16oz fullon kilt with straps $700 It had to weigh 8pounds it seemed. If you wore it here in Florida you would be a statistic.
