    it wuz anither win'y gusty dee....

    Threave Castle was the hame o' the Black Douglases...

    ai (of course) wore mai Grey Douglas kilt.....

    the castle was built fur Archibald Douglas "Archibald the Grim"....

    (we arr guessing his mates called him "Grimmy" arr "Grimey") :rolleyes:

    it was built in 1369...
