I found this forum while looking for places for a friend to find a kilt. I have had my kilt for several years and see that there are less expensive kilts that I would feel more at ease wearing more often than just special events. As a matter of fact I have ordered a kilted skirt for my wife and a kilt for my son and an SWK standard for myself. I can see how this might become adictive.

Why yes, it is an addiction!
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

A wonderful addiction indeed.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear
