What to wear?
I have read several threads lately posted by guys asking what to wear to certain events, so now its my turn! I was asked by a friend to wear my kilt to his wedding in a few weeks. I do not own a jacket or suit, so I am planning to wear my phillabeg (Crawford Modern), with a white long-sleeved shirt, a tie (still undecided), a black 5-button vest, black hose, and black dress boots. Would this be appropriate for a second wedding held at 2:00pm in the local country club? The groom actually said, "Clothing optional." I doubt anyone else will be there kilted, so I should have a slight advantage!

I am home alone at the moment so this is the only way I could photograph my choice of clothing. Perhaps I can find someone to photograph me in it another time.
Or I could try to pleate a nice cellophane kilt....

Reason: I really intended the title to be a question.
