    Another New Kilt

I have another new kilt! I spotted Gingerpose on Kiltforum.org had listed a Workman's Utilikilt at a bargain price that I simply couldn't refuse! It arrived today, so here's a few pics before it is boxed up with all my possessions and shipped off to Australia.

Nice looking kilt. What part of Australia are you headed to? I spent time there in '85. Drove the coast from Cairns to Sydney.

Nice Kilt I must say, that I have yet to see a non traditional kilt here in Melbourne. I am sure though, that if you wear it to the pub when your out and about chasing the wee lassies then it won't take long till you catch some. just for some info we call the season you call Fall - Autumn

My (Australian) fiance likes me in my kilts. If I 'catch' any others I'll be sure to give them your number!

Good. Yes, Australian is a mash of english and american-english. I'm glad the traditional seasonal names have been kept on. I'm pleased I'm emigrating at this time of year as it gives me time to acclimatise somewhat. If I moved out straight into the Australian summer I imagine I'd very quickly melt to a puddle on the ground!
