I saw that too. My wife mentioned that she wanted to see it. I guess I ought to finally watch it--since it won an Oscar and all

Oh, well done! I was wondering how the film had fared.

It has been in our Netflix queue since it first came out, so we should be near the front of the mailing list when it is released on DVD. Can't wait - it appears to be a wonderful film. The snippets shown at last night's Oscars only whetted our appetite. The Oscars got it right this year.

Since Cpatmac belongs to SAG, we got a DVD right after the film was released. In all fairnessthough we watched it the first time in the theater, and the second on the DVD. Still a wonderful film.

They also showed a kilted Colin in the Best Costume design award section since it was up for that award as well. Great movie, first one I saw at the theater in 10 years No I don't get out much.

Minor correction. Firth is English, not scottish, although he was wearing a scottish kilt (albeit, in an irish county tartan). Congratulations all the same on the performance and recognition thereof.
