Seaforth Highlanders Centennial and Presentation of New Colours
This a link to a facebook photo album. I hope it works. If anyone else has any photos or links too, feel free to add them.
I am not the photographer of these photos, by the way, I just think they're awesome!

Thank-you for posting these. I tried to work this event into my schedule, but Saturday turned out being a very busy day for me.

It was a great event. A friend, who came with me and happened to have lived next to Stirling Castle most of his life, said it was the best turned out and sharpest highland regiment he has seen. I must agree. These men and women did not miss a beat!
Rob MacDonald spent months repairing/renewing countless kilts for this event. Well done Rob!

Evidently it's permitted, as they were wearing it, right in front of their CO, Adjutant and RSM.
But, you'll notice it's slightly different from the Senior NCO and Warrant Officer one. Different shoulders, for one. The NCO/WO one is smooth across, and the officer one is gathered or bunched. And the colour is slightly different too. The NCO/WO sash is crimson, while the Officer one is closer to maroon.
Good eye for noticing though!

Three more for you, all by Ward Perrin:
Seaforth Pipes and Field Regiment Band

Old Colours marched out

New Colours on stacked drums

One of the most moving ceremonies I have ever attended.
