Argyle crew socks

I happened to come across these at The Gap about a week ago, thought some might be interested. The blue/grey pair is a cautionary tale about dryers, though... (the other two are unworn as of the photo.) I'm wearing the pair with the orange accents to the celtic festival today...

How tall are these socks i.e. enough to fold over and make a cuff?

And that picture is huge... you might try re-sizing it...

Sorry, just on my phone. Maybe can resize afer I get home tonight. They are standard size crew socks, so they come to about the middle of the calf...

Will need to check and see if these are available in children's sizes. Was about to order a pair of kilt socks for my son and these should work nicely for him. Sadly I don't think they sell socks large enough for me or I would consider getting a pair for casual wear myself.
