What kind of wool?

Some of the recent discussion in another thread about wool made me remember the story of Mrs. MacPherson who went into a certain famous department store to buy a black winter coat.

"Mrs. MacPherson," effused the clerk, "The coat, fits you so well, the style is beautiful, it's pure wool, and the look... the look is just YOU!"

Mrs. MacPherson shrugged - "So how much is the coat?" she asked.

The coat is $300

"Well," said Mrs. MacPherson, I'm going to look around. Maybe I'll come back and buy the coat, maybe not."

She walks out the front door and right across the street to the competition, where she tries on the identical black wool coat. Another clerk, same story: "Mrs. MacPherson, the coat, fits you so well, the style is beautiful, it's just perfect.!"

"Mm." says Mrs. MacPherson. "How much is the coat?"

"$500." says the clerk.

"$500!" says Mrs. MacPherson, shocked. "Across the street I can buy the same coat for just "$300."

"But Mrs. MacPherson," says the shocked clerk. "The coat is pure virgin wool!"

"For an extra $200," answers Mrs. MacPherson, "Do I care what the sheep do at night?"

Well you had me with the typo of 3000. I felt better when I realized that the loose moral sheep cost less than the virgin....lol
