Inverary and Loch Fyne
e were up at Inverary by Loch Fyne yesterday, the Duke of Argyll had a food and drink festival in his grounds but it wasn't up too much other than buying venison from Winston Churchill (thats his name believe me and there is a story there), the best venison dealer in Argyll.
Here are some pics

Jimmy, Thanks for these photos of some of my favourite places, but your making me a wee bit homesick
"Breathes there the man, with soul so dead, Who never to himself hath said, This is my own, my native land! Whose heart hath ne'er within him burn'd, As home his footsteps he hath turn'd, From wandering on a foreign strand!" (Sir Walter Scott)

sorry photos a wee bit mixed up. The weather has been better in the last few days so its good to get some of these shots. I'm sure you have some good snaps of your adopted homeland

Good photos Jimmy, I liked Inverary when I was there a few years ago. Unfortunately it was only a flying visit on my way down to Machrahanish before it closed.

He kens na where the wind comes frae,
But he kens fine where its goin'.

Now I'm really upset - I've got to get back soon, and our budget is going into our son's wedding and a trip with the clergy to Italy.
Gotta figure it out!!!
