    Very impressed

I've been kilt less for quite a few years no, but have been training and lifting to compete in heavy games. I finally broke down and ordered a Thrifty Kilt from Stillwater in my clan tartan.
I ordered it Monday night. It arrived today (what a great birthday suprise), a mere three days later.
I'm very pleased by the quality, fit and finish. The richness of colors, the crispness of the pleats. I got far more than I paid for.

Excellent! I saw the pics in your other thread and I must admit that the Buchanan is a beautiful tartan. Congrats and Happy Birthday!!

I've had both the Thrifty and the 'heavy weight' wool kilts from Stillwater. It's amazing how good even the $30+ Thrifty is.

I am pleased to see that people are happy with the Stillwater thrifty kilts. I just bought one for a friend who wants to go with me to the games here next month. It hasn't arrived yet and so I have no opinion as of now. I am getting him the Stewart Black. Does anyone here have one and if so how does it look? (good, I hope)
