"Secrets of the Dead" Documentary Series (on Netflix)

"Secrets of the Dead," a docu,entary show Bout a variety of subject throughout history had an episode about the Battle of Stalingrad.

At the start of the episode one of the historians discussing the battle is introduced at the military college where he works. I didn't catch the name of the school but it is in South Carolina, I believe.

Anyway, their pipe band played during the introduction segment.

You could check their site

The tartan is the Citadel's own tartan.
No idea who built the kilts though.

Oh, goodness. The thought didn't occur to me. I just assumed that one of our experts would know right off-hand. Some of our friends here have an encyclopaedic knowledge of tartans stored in their wee grey cells.
