    Perfect sporran for R'lyeh kilts

I happened to stumble on this on Ebay and couldn't help but think those who wear the R'lyeh tartan might get a kick out of it.

Oh, wow! I wonder if Scott has already thought about working his magic and creating some sort of R'lyeh inspired sporran!

The stingray sporrans look good with this sett. While I'm not a huge fan of the latest one Scott showed, Ryan's version from Ferguson Britt is just the ticket. . . to the point that I have a ray skin rolled up and stashed away, awaiting the time and motivation to create my own version for Bob. With the new fabric order going in next Monday, I'd better get Kraken!

    Indeed he has.

I actually have three on the drawing board right now, two w/formal cantles and one casual bag. Sadly, my time for 'fun' experiments (aka not-commissioned) is quite limited, so they may be
required to slumber for some time yet before being drawn into this reality.

I agree regarding the Ferguson Britt "devilfish" sporrans. I actually have two: a black one with a rounded MOD-inspired cantle, and a brown one in the same style as Ryan's with half-octagon cantle.
