Trying to confirm info on Mcgregor family that departed Glasgow in 1903 on "the Anchoria" lived in Drummond.
Arrived New York June, 15th 1903.
Alexander age 73, father.
Mrs. Alexander age 54, mother
George age 22, son
Maggie age 20, daughter, {I believe she was my grandmother}

My great grandmother was a Drummond from Dundee, Texas. Before coming to Texas, her family lived in Jamaica.

Edit: I misread... Thought they were Drummonds, not from Drummond! Never mind!

I would try visiting your local library this weekend and getting the free access to ancestry.com. The documents on the arrival might be on there and you can use that as a basis for starting research on the other side of the pond.
