Hi All, it's been an incredibly busy spring so far- loads of new projects on the drawing board and on the benches.
A new 'Envelope Top' day sporran just rolled off the bench- This one with an antique brass twist lock.
And matching sporran strap
This one has internal pockets for a smartphone and Swiss Army knife, as well as a set of d-rings for key clips, etc.
And an ex-MoD rebag in a lovely wax finished cowhide with four knotted tassels (3 suspended).
I liked this one so much that I took a wee bit of time to make one for myself. My first "just for me" piece in nearly four years.
The really fantastic thing about this leather is that, because of it's wax/oil finish, it will very quickly develop a wonderful dark glossy patina everywhere the hand touches it.
Instant antique!
