Today in the Melbourne Age, there is a story about Scotland. Along with the article was this photo. It is of Colin MacDonald Provan walking his collie along Glasgows High Street. In recent threads there has been questions asked as to what the Scots wear in Scotland and what style do they wear a kilt. I thought this photo was one example of how the kilt is worn in Scotland. I doubt that anyone, other than a worldwide bunch of people with a keen interest interest in kilts, would give the chap a second glance or thought. Which would probably equate to something like 99.777777% of the population of Scotland!
