    Summer Kilt

Here are a couple of pictures showing my Summer wool kilt. As can be seen I prefer a casual look. Taken during this Summer's "heat wave".

Good photos and comfortable looking. What was that answer to what's under your kilt, "midgies or bug spray". Surely a response I'll use here in Mississippi.

    Looking good, Terry.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

    Hello,
I bought the fabric purely because I liked the look of it, and because it was a summer weight pure new wool.
It probably is not a registered tartan.
My roots are english/irish so I do not have my own tartan.
    Kind regards
    Terry

It looks nice. I just was curious. You may adopt whatever tartan you fancy, and be happy regardless of heritage.

Thanks for your kind comments. The kilt, being medium weight and wool was certainly very comfortable and cool in the heat.

    Great casual look.

I frequently sport a similar appearance - except I wear a ball cap and I've usually got a camera bag on my "left" shoulder.

If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy.
