I picked up this space age polymer sgian dubh from Coldsteel . It's called the FGX Skean Dhu ... light as a phoenix feather & is way pointier than anything plastic has any right to be . I've cut string & paper with it but have not been brave -enough to try it on a haggis . Being plastic it should suffice when you can't have a real sgian dubh while being slightly functional . I'm pretty sure though that if you're going someplace that real knives are 100 % forbidden this thingy would not be welcome either . I made a leather sheath for it myself on a snow day - nothing fancy .
