I submit for your consideration what we used to call beer drinking music.

Yeah, good beer drinkin' music. I wish this kind of music was still found in the pubs of today. Didn't know this group but I do like their style.

Don't know this group. If I still imbibed, I could dissolve the foam off a pint while hearing their tune.

Yup, another right and proper, "My love done left and now I'm downright weepy," tune.
Thank you for posting.
Brought to mind two pieces of totally different meters and styles but similar sentiment; Brooks and Dunn's, "Neon Moon" and Patsy Cline doing, "I Fall To Pieces."
Gonna pop a brew and listen some more....

The OP has given permission for those of us that would like to to post other "beer drinkin" songs to this thread. So with that in mind here is my contribution. Hope others will join in also.

Well, no, but his love is leaving him (and there's steel guitar).

It's not a classic beer drinking song, but it made me sad, it reminds me a bit of Bang Bang by Sony and Cher, and it has banjo.

This is from my past (and I do mean early 60's). Starts off with steel guitar and only gets better from there. So grab a cold one, a glass and a towel.
