Hello
A brief introduction. I am a long time lurker who decided sign up. My name is Jim , I am 43, live in Maryland , married to a tloerant wife , 2 children, a little boy and girl, 8 & 5 , 2 cats, large mortgage and three kilts, Mackintosh hunting, ex-military Seaforth WWII or older and an ex military Camerons , not sure of date.
My favorite kilt moment was when my son was 5 , we were on our way out the door and he turned to me and said" Daddy why do you wear you quilt to work today?" Alas I did not.
PS: He has a kilt as well.

Hi Jim. Welcome to the light of day, glad you decided to quit lurking in the shadows. Sounds like you're well on your way to kilt addiction like the rest of us.

Hi Jim and welcome!
So, you didn't tell the whole story. Does your son like his quilt?
Peace,
Mike

Jim, welcome. As a fellow Marylander, it's good to see more locals on the boards.
Did you happen to make the Md Renn Faire this year? That was my first kilted outing and it was a blast meeting up with some of the fellows from this forum.
You may want to check out Jimmy Carbomb's post about his band's show in Philly next week. If you're up for a drive, I'll be there and I know a few other Xmarks folks will be.
