Hi Aloma, I think I'm not wrong is saying that people on this forum would say that it really doesn't matter where your kiltmaker is. Pick someone you want to work with, pay attention to what they need in terms of measurements, let the person know what is important to you, do a video call via Skype, WhatsApp, or whatever to reassure the kiltmaker that he/she has the right measurements, and carry on!
