    Kilt themed Tee Shirts

I have that printer-t-shirt paper stuff, you know, to make your own iron-on's? Well, let's brainstorm. Let's come up with printable designs for tee shirts, that have kilt themes... I am thinking some ideas- here are a couple of my ideas-
Front: HOLY $&#@!! Is he wearing a KILT?!
Back: X marks logo or something cool
    Idea 2:
Front: What am I wearing under my kilt?
    Back: Find out! Xmarksthescot.com
    Idea 3:
I'm up here, not down there! (with an arrow towards kilt.)
    Let's see your suggestions.
PS- the funniest shirt I ever saw is one that says "it's all fun and games until someone loses a wiener." (http://www.johnsonsmith.com/website/...arch_page_no=1)

Have fun, we have made a few for the kiltsnight regulars, and Andrew is a t-shirt making fool at times. We have both used the t-shirt transfer stuff for this. It is very easy to work with. I have two designs we have done in my gallery

Colin, did you put those on black tee shirts? I don't have that "dark" tee shirt paper, only the normal kind. What did you do? Like, dosen't a printer leave the white parts unprinted?

I printed the logo as is, and than had to cut out each letter with a blade. Once the back is peeled off, you can place then on where you want them. When I printed the letters out, I just added a black square behind it( in MS Word no less) so that the white letters showed up. It was time consuming, but very easy. I don't think it would matter if you had the transfer paper for dark shirts, as you are leaving it white anyway. Just be sure that you wash the shirts on inside out, and hang dry, or on very low- zero heat.

Just tonight I was on StickerJunkie.com considering ordering up some that say

    Get Kilted!

White on black. To the point, yeah?
It would work pretty much any way, I think.

    t-shirts

Suggestion for t-shirt logo: That ain't no haggis that's under my kilt!
This thread is timely because I've been conducting a search for Saltire Flag patches for sewing on. I figure the ideal size would be around 50mm x 75mm but could be smaller. It's the kind of thing which you could sew on the chest of a t-shirt just an inch or two off-center. You could also put it on hats such as a baseball cap. I am having a devil of a time finding anything. Can anyone help? If there could be a big demand for such an item, why don't Bear Kilts and USAkilt get some of these. There are advantages to sew-ons because you can then buy your own clothes and then decorate them. You could switch a patch when a garment gets faded or whatever. How about it guys? Thanks- Alan
