    The Belt

    Cable Scot,
The belt was inspired by one I saw in a thread by Tobus...I had a local leather crafter make it for me, I believe she charged my $70 or so for it. The sporran is from Donnie at Wyvern Leatherworks [an advertiser here].

I wasn't sure how I would like all the purple in the SoS but it looks good...purple kind of grows on you after awhile. I'm planning on wearing out first time tomorrow to Colorado Springs.

makes so much sense now, I guess I forget there are these new fangled things that can stop TV. I suppose the egg is on my face :inserteggonfacemotehere:

I was really tempted to just put a period after warping time/space but I'm just too nice to leave you guys hanging.

Haha by the sounds of my own questioning, I would have probably believed you!

Purple does grow on you,and at night it'll look awsome all dark and mysterious and a black cowboy hat, black shirt with mother o' pearl buttons. I think it'd be cool

That would have led to a quantum singularity

Love the kilt and you look very smart.

That really looks good, Rondo. Looking at the colors on a thumbnail tartan sample, it would not be one I would likely pick. However, they look great all put together into a real kilt. I'm a convert!

On the pleat shot--did you consider photoshopping the TV to where the brown chair sits? Kilt Check!

Clever idea. We need more men with vision.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

I love the kilt! my first kilt purchase was from Celtic Croft, I had a fantastic experience with them and have been a repeat customer as a result.

Their catalog is a constant reader at both my house and at work, I keep the newest one in the "office" at home and the last edition at work in my tool box so I can daydream while on a break.

    SoS kilt

Yeah, I was looking for a tartan with some purple and felt the Warrior was too purple, the green blue and purple in the SoS give a nice purple feel without being over the top. the tartan actually looks much better in person than even the pics show. This kilt is not pleated to the set or the stripe, it is random but it actually looks really good...which is something I wouldn't have thought I would have liked. as for photo-shopping the pic, I'll leave that to others.
