Sorry, I was in a grumpy mood the night I posted those comments and regreted it as soon as I had done so (in fact I tried to delete my post but don't know how too). For all I know the picture could have been taken during the evening and he may have been on his way to a function, so my appologies to the man in question. By the way, I think he's related to the Clan Morrison by the tartan he's wearing, but how do you know he's a Texan ?

Ya know, I honestly have to empathize with the guy. I officiated a wedding a few months back, and because my brogues were tied up in customs, I couldn't get a nice pair of shoes in time, so I ended up polishing my black work shoes and wearing those.
