You're right, it's not duct tape. It's differently colored electrical tape, but impressive nonetheless.

There are all kinds of clothes you can make with duct tape. Some art classes even have competitions.

Personally I'd avoid the Superman kilt, but that's just me.

However, definately DON'T look pose like the guy wearing it.
