My rides.
The Merrells in particular can go places your fancy motorcycles and 4x4s can not. You'll notice the treads there. I can get traction on most anything. Mud, snow, ice, human beings, even greasy tile floors I cling like glue.
They all get great gas mileage. So far, I think the tank is still full from when I bought them new. I'd never had to stop at a station yet for a fill up.
The old ratty looking brown clogs are especially nice for long lazy Sunday drives in the spring, summer, and fall. (Winter too, but their lack of traction leaves a lot to be desired) As an added bonus, these look splendid with kilts, but some purists may lament my use of these with black leathers and sporran. Please note the classic timeless European styling and the quiet grace of the copper trim.
The black sporty models are still new and still trying to prove themselves to the old guard. The old guard doesn't like them much.

They look to be mostly man-made materials! Global warming is because of YOU!

My wife drives these. We liked the Merrells so much, we bought her some. Who says that women who drive SUVs only drive them for looks?
The Crocs are like some odd reincarnated hippie VW microbus. She has a pair in day glo purple too. Much like a well painted vintage microbus, these seem to get a lot of stares and comments...
My wife wants a kilted skirt in a matching shade of that green.

1977 Kawasaki KH400 A3. 3 cylinder, 2 stroke street machine.
One of the smaller triples, but the frame in the background is the start of a bigger brother: 1975 Kawasaki H2 (750cc triple cylinder, 2 stroke badassery... long term project). I also have a Suzuki GS550 workhorse, and a 1988 Ford Festiva with over 1/4 million miles on it, and still gets something around 40mpg on the freeway.

Ah lookie, one of the Terrifying Triples... The kind that men whisper about in hushed tones. Brings to mind memories in men, fond memories of compound fractures and stitches. And perhaps the Song of the Sausage Creature.

I refuse to take a picture of my vehicle as I don't want to break my camera. It's an 89 honda civic, and it will be taking a ride to the junkyard sometime this week- never to return.
