Kilt Night Connecticut Feb. 1

I'm organizing an impromptu kilt night for Saturday February 1, 2014 at the Playwright Pub in Hamden, Connecticut starting at 5:00 PM. We've held kilt nights here in the past and they were enjoyed by all.

It's sort of a belated Robbie Burns event and the night before the Super Bowl. All are welcome to attend.

Just a bump for anyone in the Connecticut area who wants to join us for a Kilt Night at the Playwright Pub in Hamden, CT. 5:00 PM on Saturday Feb. 1. We have a number of people from other forums joining so it should be a fun night out.

Not really related to this but the former Playwritght in Stamford will be a Celtic themed pub once more. I don't have allot of details but after languishing as a Martini bar for a few years there is a sign up saying coming soon The Castle pub. It might be nice to try for a kilt night to welcome the site back.

Now THAT'S a kilt night I'd be able to make it to. It'd be great to have some place nearby with some traditional live music as well.

Hope the event thus weekend goes well. I had a great time when I attended one a year or two ago.
