I've just got home from a very stressful day at work, in a very low mood.
A package was waiting for me with a Canadian mark on wrapper.
Yes you've guessed it, my long waited for Bear kilt has arrived. How great is that, just in time for the New Year, and easily enough to lift my mood.
The quality is better than I dared hope, this garment is the reason that people use the word built rather than 'made' for kilts.
I can't say enough about the swing, the weight, the depth of pleat, the overall kiltiness of this, most masculine of garments.
Bear your reputation is well deserved, I am a very happy customer, and I would happily pay much more for this sort of quality.
Seriously mate don't sell yourself short this is the top banana, I recently lost one job because the client didn't think I could do a good enough job for my quote (£9,750) and gave it to someone charging much more (12,000 I think), the moral being charge what the client thinks it's worth not what you do????

Well, I NEVER thought I'd see the day where Rhino was thanking someone for a tartan kilt. Seriously, less than a year ago, this man would have rather been given a venereal disease than a tartan kilt, and here he is singing the praises of his new Bear kilt!

I'm still convinced this picture was the tipping point.

Congrats mate! It's always good to hear of new kilts. But, please don't talk Bear into raising the prices until others of us have gotten all the kilts we want.

Rhino mate, I am so glad that you have finally got your Bear Kilt. Aren't they just the cats a$$. I love all of the ones that I have gotten from Bear and wouldn't trade them for anything. I am also glad that it could lift your sprits from a bad day.

They say that "practice makes perfect" and I truly believe that's the case with BearKilts. I have one from well over a year-and-a-half ago, and love the thing. I received another in November, and the difference is STAGGERING. The overall quality is even BETTER than the first! This one is so tight that a Scot couldn't dig a dollar out of the pleats!

Enjoy that baby Rhino. NOW you see why I'm constantly praising the BearKilts and their quality in craftsmanship. In my mind, they are BY FAR the best in quality and value in casual kilts.

I had the Gunn tartan and the full 8 yards and I would tentatively say that I do like some tartans now
Jimmy and Andrew are absolutely spot on with their assessment, these kilts are, as Jimmy said, Beauty.

I think the 'point' started when I went to a Highland gathering and saw all the tartans in the flesh as oppose to sterile swatches.
Now we just have to get Graham back in his plain black kilt and we've come full circle. 8)
