    HRH Prince Charles...

Of cours none of the Windsors since Edward V have looked very impressive.
Take a look at Charles's grandfather, George VI...he was impressive in dress and deeds.

Charles is very proud of the kilt and his connection to Scotland...at least he wears the kilt, unlike his son William, who attends the University of St. Andrew's and has NEVER been seen in a kilt in public yet -- if his grandmother, The Queen Mum, were alive today (God rest her soul!), I'm sure that situation would have been corrected by now!

I have to wonder if Charles will be kilted for his second wedding. I was happy to hear the news of the engagement, it means the royal family is coming into this millenium.
