this morning the TV weather man was presenting from a NSW location, a school, where children were doing Highland Dancing with a pipe band in the background.

The weather guy was nicely dressed in a formal kilt, just a pity he used the occasion to act the village idiot, effectively taking the mickey, and dancing around clumsily while lifting his kilt way too high.

Not sure whether it helps the promotion of kilts - or hinders it.
