Celtic Evening in Central New York

Hi folks

On April 30 at 7 pm, the Mohawk Valley Frasers Pipes and Drums are sponsoring an evening of Celtic music and dance at the Capitol Theatre in Rome, NY. We will have pipes and drums, Highland dancers, Celtic vocalists, an Irish fiddler, Irish step dancers, Scottish country dancers, Uilleann pipes, and an Irish music group. We will also feature Andrew Douglas, one of the top pipers in the world.

X-Marks member Barb Tewksbury will be the MC for the show.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for students, and $3 for children 12 and under. You can reserve tickets by calling the Capitol Theatre box office at 315- 337-6453.

Sadly, I will be in Savannah that weekend for the games there......

Too bad it isn't the next weekend, I will actually be in New York....

I will probably make it to the festival the weekend of July 7th, I just wish I could remember where it is right now.....
