    Time for a new kilt.

Its that time again. I am looking to buy a new cassual kilt and I ame strongly considering going with Freedom Kilts.

I before I make up my mind I have a few questions:

    1. how do Freedom Kilts hang? Do they sit on the hips like UKs or are they higher on the waist like a traditional kilt?

    2. What are the different fabics like. I have two UK workmans and the fabric is just too stiff. It wears well and is comfortable but I ar looking for something that wears well but is more comfortable and hangs better.

    3. More pictures...the Freedom kilt site only has a few pictures of men wearing their product. Does any one have a gallery that has more pictures?

    Thanks

    Tim,

    Thanks for concidering Freedom Kilts.

Please remember my kilts are fully custom made.

Where they hang on you is a matter of preferance. I have some of my kilts that I wear higher, up near the bellybutton, and some that I wear around the hipbones.
The same goes for the hem length. some like top of knee, some mid-knee.

We currently have 27 fabrics in stock. Everything from Poly/Cotton Blends that were chosen for their wrinkle and stain resistance, to 100% Cotton in both Summer weight and winter weight, to our work weight which is Carrhardt 10 oz Cotton Duck (similar to the UK Canvas but not anywhere near as stiff) to the Camo for the neo-urban look.
If you will PM me with your address I can send you a print copy of both the product and fabric swatch catalogs. That way you can actually touch the cloth.

As for pictures, I have quite a few more than are not on the website, I just haven't had the time to get them online. I can e-mail them to you if you would like.
Many of my customers are members here and I'm sure some of them will chime in with reviews and comments.

Thanks again, and If I can answer any more questions I can be reached via PM, e-mail, and phone.
Oh what I wouldn't give for a webcam in the shop.
