    Kilt in Highland Granite tartan

    Hi guys

Promised I'd post a picture of the kilt I just finished in Lochcarron's new Highland Granite tartan. If I manage to do this right, there should be a picture of it below.

If anyone wants a closeup of the tartan, let me know, and I'll post a pic.

Wow, I absolutely love it! I knew when I got a swatch of that tartan, it would make a georgeous kilt. I currently have one client with a kilt on order (Lochcarron is making it up), and it should arrive here in the next couple of weeks.

I hate it when I find another attractive tartan... Like I need another kilt!

I made the kilt for my daughter's fiance, and he wore it to the Cortland Celtic Festival last weekend (where the pic was taken). When he strode out of the arena after the band played, the head of every female ages 5 to 85 turned to watch him walk out. It is a fabulous tartan that makes a sharp-looking kilt!!

That it does, absolutely gorgeous tartan, and as always, the kilt itself is amazing.

    fabulous

I love that tartan, understated, I'd call it.

If I could afford a new kilt, I think that's where I'd go.
