Will it FUNCTION as a Sporran? Yes. Will it LOOK GOOD as a Sporran for traditional dress? Not in my opinion. It might work O.K. for a Utilikilt or the like. You wouldn't catch me wearing that fanny pack.
They've got them with or without tassels as well. Black and brown.

Now, as for the fanny pack mentioned below, I wouldn't wear it with a traditional kilt. It just wouldn't look right. Kind of like wearing sneakers with a suit.
I believe that sporrans were originally worn on the hip and the dirk was worn in the front of the kilt. In Victorian times the sporran was moved to the front. Victorian modesty. Modern usage has made wearing the sporran in the front the "correct" way to wear it, but it's not the only option. I'm less enthusiastic about a fanny-back sort of thing with a kilt, but that's personal preference. There's no reason it wouldn't work.
