Buzz Kidder order
I ordered a sporran from Buzz Kidder's Celtic Shop, on-line, on 02-25-06.
I got a confirmation e-mail, as well as a paypal reciept on the 26th.
But since then, nothing. I have e-mailed them twice, and even called them today to check on the status of my order. No responses to my e-mails, and no answer when I called.
Anyone know what's up?

Tried calling again, and the phone was answered. Verbal confirmation that it was sent. Crisis solved.

What gets me all fired up is when I buy something, and it is backordered, yet the company doesn't tell me. I just think that if they advertise something, and gladly take my money, they can at least answer my questions, and tell me what is going on. Good business practice I think. Hasn't been a problem in the kilted community yet.
In regards to Buzz Kidder; I just think I called at the wrong time (lunch, busy with customers, etc). The lady who answered when I called the second time was so friendly and helpful, she made me feel really confident in my business with them.
That's also why I like USAkilts. I have made about $300 in purchases and haven't recieved anything yet, but Rocky always responds to my e-mails and I know he will give me great products. I know he's working really hard for his customers, and I certainly appreciate it. He could work harder if I didn't keep pestering him with dumb questions. Scottishkilts.net is the same, answering all my questions and delivering a great product. They will both get future business from me.

One thing I've learned with kilts is PATIENCE. This isn't Walmart. Most of the quality stuff is made to order. Buzz Kidder sporrans are really nice, a terrific value. I'm sure it will be worth the wait and hope you like it. I got mine through USA Kilts, but it helps that at the time I lived close enough to drive up to the shop, pick it up myself, and hang a bit with my favorite kilt elves.
