75% Off a $625 Bomber Jacket - What A Deal!!
So I'm kicking around Telluride, Colorado this weekend looking at what the rich folks can afford to buy.
In the back of Black Bear Trading Company I see a bunch of bomber jackets on sale. Unbelievably, the $625 jackets are 75% off. How can I say no? Its so hard to find short waisted jackets to go with kilts. Ham has taught us that bomber jackets are a basic with kilts.
I'm leary, but examining the goods they are quality all the way. Quality leather inside and out. Fully lined. Inside wallet pocket. The jacket weighs FIVE pounds, but is comfy and stylish. Okay, maybe a little western flare in the lines.
Maker is Baja Trading Company out of Imperial Beach, California, but can't find anything more on them. The owners are very nice people - found an article about how their relationship and their shop came to be.

So, I bought an XXL jacket for $169.38 including the tax. I am a very happy camper. That's a $450 some savings on a quality piece of goods.
There are about a half dozen more bomber jackets just like this one sitting in the back of the store for sale at the same 75% off if anyone else is interested. One size was an XXXL.
The Black Bear Trading Company doesn't seem to have an Internet site. Their other info is 218 W. Colorado Telluride, CO. Mail to POB 1925 Telluride, CO 81435 Phone 970-728-6556 fax 970-728-6336.

Sorta overpowers the SportKilt, but just had it handy for the pics.
Sometimes good things happen.

Nice jacket Ron. But realistically, I wouldn't want to pay any more than that for a jacket when it's not on sale.
I like the Jammin' Leather Company (I don't remember the website right now). They sell lots of leather apparel. Although the focus is on bikers, they also have other styles as well. Their prices are very reasonable.
OK, I went and looked up the website:

Sorry Kilted Knight,
Probably a firewall. You can go to my gallery (below) and click on page 2 and go to the SportKilt sub album. Pics are in there, if your firewalls will let them get to you.
