Scottish Canes
I came across this link while looking for walking sticks on line:

They seem a bit pricey, but I don't know that much about the subject and maybe their construction is worth the extra price.

I would appreciate knowing the prices as well. The online shops are just too over the top for me.

You can get the traditional Irish blackthorne walking sticks generally for around $35.00 plus shipping. They look good and are indestructible...!

ok... finally checked prices up the toon...
there certainly arr less expensive walking canes that arr shaped the same...
the high price comes fraim the "water buffalo horn" handle...
without they "water buffalo" an just made fraim wood... (same shape handle though)
they cost aboot £20-£30....
