Very nice...makes me wish I was an alum so I could get it.

I'm trying to start an initiative to try to get an official tartan for the City of Chicago...this is an inspiration to me to continue.

PS: just remembered that my cousin is an alum...I'llhave to let her know about this.

Nice tartan, but I thought MU was Manchester United. Now that would be a tartan for me!

I've been thinking about a Stanford University Tartan.

Let's see if I'm still employed here in June!

Good on the young lady, the tartan looks great!

And I thought it stood for 'Mothers Union' (a women's organisation attached to the Anglican church here in the United Kingdom)!!

That is a beautiful tartan - I'd love a kilt in it - but I am horrified to read that the closest item to the kilt, that will be available, are boxer shorts!!!! Ugggh! What a waste!

I think the colors are great. But I'm having a bit of trouble imagining what it would look like as a kilt.... the sett looks quite small and busy to my eyes.

    MU tartan...

Thanks, Sherry, for bringing this our attention -- I'll have to include this in the next issue of our society newsletter, as well as pass it along to the Missouri Scottish community.

This is, to my knowledge, the first tartan associated with Missouri.

    Cheers,

    Todd
